Infra-Red Ovens

Bowker Machinery have been fabricating and supplying new and reconditioned infra red gas fired ovens for over ten years.

The benefits of Infra Red Ovens are that there is no air movement inside the oven which reduces the risk of dust contamination. Infra Red Ovens are generally considered to be more compact than convection ovens and so use less floor space.

There is considerable savings when changing from electricity to gas or propane.
Infra Red Ovens are usually more economical than Box Ovens for high volume work.

This provides us with acces to a large range of refurbished and second hand powder coating plant. This ensures you can always locate the infra red oven or plant you require.

We are proud to offer the popular twelve feet oven incorporating seventy two burners. Each is rated at three kilo watts. The nine panels housing the burners are clad in high temperature insulating material and are lined with highly reflective stainless steel.

The top and bottom panels are hinged to allow them to be adjusted to suit the contour of the work being processed and both oven sides are on wheels to allow adjustment from a minimum 24" wide to a maximum 48" wide.
