Any of the powder coating plant or machinery displayed on our web site can be installed and commissioned by Bowker Machinery. Tony Bowker the Managing Director has over twenty five years experience working in the powder coating industry.

Bowker machinery will also consider dismantling and transporting powder coating plants throughout the UK or in preparation for overseas export. The small highly skilled team ensures that all work is undertaken to a high standard.

Tony Bowker or another member of our skilled personnel can be supplied on a consultancy basis to solve any problems with your powder coating plant, or to impartially recommend the best way to upgrade or commission your existing or proposed future powder coating plant.

A one day site survey can be undertaken for £175.00 plus travel costs throughout the UK and most of Europe and £750.00 for the Middle East, India, and other parts of the world (payable in advance)

You will be provided with an extensive report on your existing or future coating requirements along with specific problem solving where needed and general time or labour saving proposals. 

The site survey will if required analyse pre-treatment and preparation of work, application, curing, and handling of the items you are coating. All quality problems from orange peel effects, stains, flaking or chipping of the finish can easily be identified or remedied.

Many of the problems we encounter are simple to cure and are commonly as simple as non effective earthing of items, or incorrect or ineffective preparation, or application.

We can use our analytical apparatus to identify any technical problems or  our extensive knowledge of the powder coating industry to improve your handling time and general profitability.

We enjoy the challenge of blanking or jigging any odd sized work, that is problematic to coat or work on.
