The Autotrack Oven

The AutoTrack Infra Red Oven is a small compact fully automated gas powered infra red oven with variable speed control. If you have any items that you would like to see cured by our Autotrack we welcome you to bring a sample of your work for a demonstration of the Autotrack at our warehouse.

A unique patented design eliminates the need for a larger oven or overhead conveyor. The  lightweight and compact oven automatically travels along its mobile runway curing the product as it passes. This eliminates the need to pass the product through a large infra red type oven on a overhead conveyor or for placing the product in a large box type oven.

The lightweight and compact oven is fully mobile and can be powered on natural gas or propane. The oven can easily be dismantled and loaded into a van within five minutes. The Autotrack is fully automated and has easy to operate variable speed and power controls reducing labour time necessary to run and operate the oven.

The highly efficient oven utilises the latest infra red technology reducing the amount lost heat energy and therefore gas consumption.

The Autotrack is ideally suited to cure car wheels, components for industrial machinery, wrought iron work, steel and aluminium fencing, aluminium profiles (upto 6 metres long) general iron work, components for the automotive trade.
